About the Event
These sessions will replace our bi-annually Womens Self-Defense seminars and will be held at 6pm on the last Friday of each month. Each month, a new event will be created to remind you of the date and time of the class, so please invite and share with your friends!
All that is required is a $10 drop-in fee, the signing of a release agreement, wearing of proper attire, and a receptive and energetic attitude!
There is no contractual obligation involved with this event and it is open to the public ages 11 and up. (Anyone under the age of 18 must be initially accompanied by a legal guardian)
